We've been serving you cookies all year. Now it's YOUR turn! It's time for our annual cookie exchange!
Come and discover what ethnographic research is & how can it help you. It's central to empathizing with people and problems so you can adapt your product or service to fast-changing markets. In this workshop, we'll show you how to do a simple ethnographic interview to help you empathize with people's problems through immersion. This workshop will include a cookie exchange. Bring cookies or baked goods as this is a REAL cookie exchange where you will bring home a box of treats just in time to put out for Santa! We'll supply the boxes. You'll supply the cookies. Homemade cookies warmly accepted!
This will be our final meeting of the year. We will have a one-month hiatus to plan for our workshops in 2020 and will reconvene again in February. Thank you, everyone, who participated in all of this year's workshops and We'll see you on December 9th with cookies in hand!
