Event Details
Do you want to have fun and use creative exercises to help achieve your personal goals?
Are you feeling stuck and bored, and want a passion-project to keep you motivated and engaged?
This workshop is ideal for those in "Act Two" of their lives, and will help kick-start your creative thinking and inspire you to think differently. Being active and creative is good for your mind, body, and spirit.
By doing exercises that stimulate thinking and ideas you will see new opportunities and feel more motivated. I use a variety of modalities from creative writing to movement and meditation in order to establish more creative connections. Creativity is about connecting things together, and the more you do, the more you create, and the more you create the better you feel. This is especially important as we age.
This workshop is hands-on and you'll be participating in the activities. You will also walk away with tools you can use to help get yourself out of rut, or simply help make better decisions on what to do next.
