The Freeman Center at PCC is focused on employment development for the 25,000+ students who enroll at the college on an annual basis. PCC offers 124 associate degree programs, 88 Certificate of Achievement programs, and 41 non-credit programs across disciplines. PCC is the leader in Southern California for the number of transfer degrees offered and completed, and also holds the following positions:
- PCC ranks 1st in California and 5th in Nation in minority students earning associate degrees;
- PCC placed 1st in California and in Nation in the number of degrees awarded to Asian American students;
- PCC hold the top spot in California in the number of degrees awarded to Latinx students.
