Event Details
3D printing is becoming commonplace in manufacturing environments. However, it has been harder for 3D printing and other maker technologies to take off in educational environments. Joan co-founded Nonscriptum LLC with Rich Cameron to try and bridge that gap. Along the way Joan and Rich have written 8 books and a lot of other materials together, and started the Pasadena 3D Printing Meetup, now over 1000 members strong. Joan will talk about the state of 3D printing in education, and how Nonscriptum has evolved its approach with the industry.
You may submit your questions when you register or ask during the event. All questions submitted by Monday, September 11th at noon will be shared with Joan Horvath prior to the event.
